ShopRite has proven to be one of the top grocery stores in the industry and continues to improve each year with its effectiveness, customer retention, and IS improvements. After looking at some future possibilities our group has found some areas where we think further improvements can be made. 
 
Implementing Robotics-  Simbe Tally AI and Robotics System
Expanding the Tally robots in all stores to save money and ensure accuracy for stock is a no brainer. The Tally robots scan shelves autonomously and are able to complete the entire store up to 3 times a day. Every hour this robot can process 15,000 to 30,000 items an hour, which is saving the ShopRite workers time and allowing them to complete other things of importance. By improving inventory accuracy, misplaced item situations, and out-of-stock item situations, Tally can make sure each customer is going to have the perfect experience. If this technology reaches every ShopRite store it will add to ShopRite’s unique approach to grocery shopping and put them a step above competitors.
